Okay this is only tangentially a story related to Pete Hopkins. When Pete was finishing his internship at Google, CW wanted to buy him a gift, so he called me asking me what I thought he should purchase.
I asked him what Pete liked and he said something to the effect of: “He likes singing while dressed as a pirate.” My response was, “Oh you should get him something from the Pirate Store!”
Unfortunately, since I joke all the time, it took quite a few assurances from me before CW realized I was serious. Long story short, he bought Pete some items from the Pirate Store (aka 826 Valencia) and everyone was happy.
we sat gossiping on a couch at a “middle name” party. earlier she opted to only tell her middle name if someone asked her in turkish, luckily orkut (yes the orkut.com) was in the house to oblige.
She is funny and so real…and stylish and always has stories to tell. I read her blog religiously!
was at the national show. omg wils – it’s been awhile. you’re one of my favorite people to run into around town. we should rendevzous soon.
super hottie, who fell from my graces because of the hulk and troy, then reclaimed my devotion with munich.
no, you never do that? huh.
nevermind.
I served her coffee at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf the day “The Truth About Cats & Dogs” was released. She ordered an Ice Blended Mocha and sat and read the paper.
